How Our Network Works

Request an estimate

Who you talk to

Say you send a request on a Tuesday evening. Who reads it? Not a crew, and not a salesperson for Outstandingvalue Concrete. Your request goes to an independent provider in our network, and that provider is the one who talks with you. They run their own business, set their own schedule and write their own quotes.

What happens after you reach out

First, the request is matched to a provider who does the kind of work you described. Next, that provider may ask about the size of the space, the surface you want and your timeline. Then you can set up a visit to look at the site.

Call hours vary by provider. Request a callback to check provider availability.

Questions worth asking any provider

A short list keeps the conversation useful:

  • Are you licensed and insured for this work in my area?
  • What base and thickness do you plan for my soil and use?
  • How will you place joints, and why there?
  • What is the plan for drainage and slope?
  • Will the quote be in writing, with the scope listed?
  • How long before I can walk or park on it?
  • What care do you suggest once it has cured?

That last question matters most for the long run. A provider who talks about sealing and joint care is thinking past the pour.

You stay in control

You can talk to more than one provider. You can ask for changes to a quote. You can say no. Sending a request does not obligate you to hire anyone. The contract, if you sign one, is between you and the provider.
