Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have an issue with work at your home, begin by taking it up with the provider directly, and keep a written record.
Please tell us as well. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Know that Outstandingvalue Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider, or act on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. We will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not settle the matter, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
